The annual license for Edmiss is based on the number of concurrent college administrative users.
Single user $2,000 per year (only available for the first year)
Two concurrent users $3,000 per year
Five concurrent users $5,000 per year
Ten concurrent users $8,000 per year (additional users available in 5 user packs at $4,000 per year)
Initial setup and provisioning including intensive support via email for 30 days is $2,000
The Edmiss annual license for 5 or more administrative users includes the Student and Teacher portal – the portals include unlimited access for students and teachers.
Inclusions
The annual license includes updates during the year and unlimited email support and use of the online document repository (no capacity restraints). For questions and support we will usually get back to you within 24 hours.
CRM support using Bulk email templates requires Mandrill (MailChimp) paid subscription – no cost
CRM support sending SMS phone messages requires SMS (Clicktel) paid subscription – no cost
Add on options
Student Online Applications and Agent Online Applications – Students and Agent to apply online using Edmiss published Programs and prices. Applications are directly entered into Edmiss. $2,000 per year per group of 5 administrative users.
Training – can be via the internet at $200 per hour.
Data Load – We can separately quote for conversion and loading of your existing data.
All user workstations should be running Microsoft Windows operating system (preferably Windows 10) and have Microsoft Office installed.
